Profile Summary

Dr. Venkata Krishna Kumar Sadhu is an Architect–Housing Planner with over 27 years of teaching and professional experience in Architecture. Housing, Real Estate advisory, and Settlement Planning studies are his key areas of academic expertise.

He has been involved in designing and revising the Academic Curriculum for Bachelor of Architecture, and has prepared reports on Real Estate Property Valuation, Demand Assessment, Technical, Market and Financial Feasibility, RFP preparation, and Development Agreements for PPP projects across several Indian cities as Team Member, Team Leader, and Project Advisor.

As a freelance Copy Writer, he has penned project literature for brochures of various real estate projects and industrial products. Vernacular Housing and Consolidation patterns of Human Settlements are his primary areas of research interest.
