About
G. Karteek is an Architect and Urban Designer from India. He completed his Masters in Urban Design from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and has been working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Planning and Architecture – Vijayawada (SPAV) since 2009.
Prior to academia, he gained high-quality professional experience working with large MNCs in India, including Reliance Industries and Sobha Developers, in the field of Architecture and Urban Design, and was involved in several eminent projects.
He has contributed significantly to SPAV's campus development from its earliest days in 2009 — from framing requirements to coordinating the National Level Two Stage competition, reviewing drawings and estimates, preparing project schedules, and all necessary coordination between CPWD, SPAV, and the appointed Architect. He has served as Member-Secretary of the Building and Works Sub-Committee, Member of the Building Works Advisory Committee, Member of the Building and Works Committee, and Coordinator for Campus Development. Presently, he is also a Member of the Senate of the School.
